In addition, we have a great selection of imported meats and cheeses. While we certainly have Swiss and mozzarella, why not ask our staff for something you can't even pronounce!
At our sandwich/flatbread station, you can get a custom salad or a monster deli sandwich named after some of our favorite hiking trails and special WNC places or a custom flatbread or calzone baked in the Brick Oven.
Our cheese case features the wonderful old world classics plus many new artisanal cheese from up and coming American producers as well.
We have an olive bar full of Mediterranean delights that make great appetizers.

July 4th - Poppies will be a food vendor at the Brevard Celebration of the 4th. Stop by and enjoy some great sandwiches, salads, and Julius' Fish Tacos.
Check out our new Hot Lunch Menu. Choices will include house ground beef burgers, marinated FreeBird Chicken Sandwiches, Julius' Special Fish Tacos, a Veggie Burger, a grilled Pimento Cheese & bacon sandwich and salads with grilled salmon or chicken. Sandwiches will be served with house made french fries or chips. Yum!!!
Poppies Welcomes Chef Julius Kaiser to our kitchen. Julius is a native of Brevard and we're simply thrilled to have this culinary wiz with at our store. His education is from Johnson & Wales and he's worked at 2 top restaurants in Charleston; Coast and Rue de Jean. If you have any upcoming events needing catering, please come talk to Julius.
